Babies change so much over the course of their first year; from a tiny newborn to a teetering twelve month old, it’s hard to believe how little time actually passed! Philadelphia Photography Studio milestone sessions are a perfect way to preserve their youngest days. Milestone sessions are named for the milestones that babies reach throughout their first year; tummy time at three months, sitting up at six months, crawling at nine months, and standing (or walking!) at one year.
Most parents choose “sitter sessions” (around six months) and first birthday sessions, but any age in between is welcome! Because I love photographing parents with their children, you are always welcome to step in the frame with your little one. Milestone sessions take place in my Philadelphia area photography studio and focus on what you love best about your little one: chubby feet, a toothless grin, soft peaks of hair falling across her forehead…
I provide all the blankets, diaper covers, wraps, and bonnets for milestone sessions; with hundreds of options for little ones, there’s no need to worry about what baby will wear for their session. Milestone sessions take place in my beautiful 1400sf natural-light commercial photography studio; it’s a temperature controlled, safe, clean space for babies to crawl around and explore.
